Your tasks

• Implementing the strategic guidelines from the management for the production areas to achieve the company's goals
• Supervision and monitoring of all production areas in the company
• Disciplinary and professional management of all employees in the technical area
• Continuous analysis of processes with the development of solutions/optimizations to increase the company's efficiency
• Cost, production and demand planning in the areas of switch cabinet construction, cable assembly and test equipment (manpower, machinery, orders)

Our expectations of you

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or a related technical field or further training as an electrical engineer
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a managerial position
• Sound knowledge of control cabinet construction, cable assemblies and CAD software (AutoCAD and EPLAN)
• Strong problem-solving orientation and the ability to analyze and solve technical problems quickly and effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
• Very good written and spoken German
